Teatro Visión's 25th anniversary season opens with a revival of its most successful play ever produced, a Spanish-language adaptation of the classic book, The House on Mango Street.
In a series of earnest, intimate vignettes, La Casa en Mango Street tells the sometimes heartbreaking yet deeply joyous story of Esperanza, a young girl growing up in the Latino quarter of Chicago. A coming-of-age story celebrating youth amidst the harsh realities of the modern world, , La Casa en Mango Street will be beloved by youth and families. Presented in Spanish with English subtitles.
