Kirtan: 2/11 with Karl Erb and Friends February 11, 2007

Come together for an evening of Song, good company and discussion around yoga in our daily lives. Kirtan is the expression of devotion for all that is sacred to you. A seeking, an expression devotion to our own spark, our Self, that which binds us together, that beingness that is what we call divine.

Based on the North Indian Classical Raga forms ,this si a participatory event. Through call and response the group explores improvisational forms and melodies sometimes lyrical sometimes not.

Tabla and other percussion are often present, feel free to bring your own percussion. Any cellists?
