Uncle Rock is singer-songwriter, actor, teacher and former stay-at-home dad Robert Burke Warren who has written songs with multi-Grammy winner Rosanne Cash and for Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Wanda Jackson. Once a globe-trotting bassist with garage rock titans the Fleshtones, then the lead in the West End musical Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, his Uncle Rock persona came when he landed a job at his son's preschool. His "Rock Of All Ages" songs draw inspiration from Maurice Sendak, Woody Guthrie and Shel Silverstein - with a bit of classic rock thrown in. Uncle Rock's CDs have received raves from the NY Times, the NY Post, LA Times and Parenting magazine, and his song "Leave the Bees Be" reached number one on Sirius/XM's Kids Place Live, where he receives extensive airplay.
