Kid Sister (Melissa Young) is a rap artist from Markham, Illinois, but currently resides on Chicago's north side. Encouraged by younger brother Josh Young (J2K of Flosstradamus), Kid Sister debuted in 2006 with the single 'Pro Nails,' which became popular enough as a digital download that Kanye West included a remix with his own guest verse on his summer 2007 mixtape 'Can't Tell Me Nothing.' Following a second single, 'Control,' Young's debut full-length, 'Ultraviolet,' was released in 2009.
