Kick off for Kona Chocolate festival March 21, 2007

Fujimamas Kona will be kicking off the annual Kona Chocolate Festival. ON Wed. 3/21 we are hosting a dinner at our restaurant on Alii Drive. Proceeds to benefit The Kona Chocolate Festival Charities. As winners of last year's savory competition, we are proud to be the launch location for the 2007 festival. Menu highlights include; White Fish Carpaccio, Rack of Lamb with Hawaiian chocolate Mole and Polenta, and a big bowl of Fuji Farms Organic Greens with a dessert trio of chocolate creations. Cost is $50.00 per person.
