Kensington Sun and Salsa Festival July 22, 2007

There is a Salsa Tasting Contest between 12 noon and 3 p.m.

The annual family event takes place along Kensington Road and 10th Street NW, and the Latin flavour will mambo through the neighbourhood all through the day. Music and dancing will fill the street,.

Both Kensington Road and 10th Street will be closed for the day. There's an LRT stop right at the Kensington Safeway.

There will also be the "The Third Annual Kensington Miss Sun and Salsa Pageant"

Sun and Salsa occurs in Kensington along 10th street from memorial drive through to 4th street and on Kensington road from 10th street through to 13th street.
