Kayaking Lessons at Lake Woodlands with Olympian Ben Kvanli March 14, 2010

BCO has been doing lots of kayaking lately, and if you want to get in on the action, you should take this course with Ben at Lake Woodlands. He will show you the basics of kayaking, including gear, boats, and handling. After lunch you can work on strokes, rolling and advanced moves.
The cost of the day includes instructor, boat rental, life vests, and helmets.
We need a minimum of 8 people for this event to happen and we can only accommodate 12 people maximum, so make sure and RSVP as soon as possible! The cost for this event is $85.00 for members and $120.00 for non members.
Don't forget to bring water, snacks or lunch and sunscreen!
DIRECTIONS: I-45 north the Lake Woodlands drive (exit #77) turn left (west) and follow lake woodlands drive cross the lake and take the first left into North Shore Park. Look for the yellow BCO sign and meet at the boat launch. 8:45 AM- 3:00 PM
