Kayaking Course October 2, 2009

Kayaking Course - Shivpuri. Highlights: All inclusive 03 / 05 days technical course. Basic fitness is only pre-requisite. Primary focus on river time each day. Experienced WRT certified river guides. Includes boarding/lodging and instructors. A 03 / 05 days, detailed, instructor led whitewater kayaking basic course to impart the required skills for basic river running. After doing this course a participant can join our river trips and expeditions on a kayak. Experience the exhilaration of negotiating whitewater rapids in a kayak. This course would give you all the basic skills that are needed for safe river running. Each day would emphasize on lot of river practice time, and paddling sessions would be long and intense The course is structured to include theory sessions along with the river practice. Day end de-brief sessions ensure informal group discussions to further enhance technical and non-technical knowledge of this activity. If you wish to take up whitewater kayaking as a serious activity which you would like to pursue as your passion, then we would highly recommend this course. Grade: Challenging.
