Ellen Page is pitch-perfect in the title role as a Twin Cities teen who gallantly deals with the results of her first sexual encounter and responsibilities well beyond her years. Jason Reitman (Thank You for Smoking) directs amazing supporting performances by Michael Cera (Superbad and Arrested Development) as Juno's sweet, thunderstruck boyfriend and Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman as the St. Cloud-based eager potential adoptive parents.
