The Story goes something like this, in 95’ Jeremy Greenspan released a few 12” inch singles that caught the ears of underground heads, he and cohort Johnny Dark released The Junior Boys debut album Last Exit in 2004. In 2006 Johnny Dark was out and Matthew Didemus becomes one half of Junior Boys. Their newest release So This Is Goodbye has deemed the duo electro-pop sensation of the moment. Their single “Count Souvenirs” is signature Junior Boys, a smooth, suave, sexy electro-pop number in the vein of Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, and Roxy Music. This will be the soundtrack for heart broken skinny pant adorners to cry theireyes out to, and for the rest of us….. a sweet electro-pop indulgence.
