I am very excited about the parade this year. Normally I am working so I am unable to attend. I will be bringing my 8 year old Grandson and, of course he is excited. It will be great going to the parade instead of trying to find a way "aound " it to get to work. I think it is wonderful that we keep the tradition going for America, it seems lately that the Americans are put aside to take care of all our other issues going on. I am PROUD to be an AMERICAN.

Hello my three year old daughter and I love the parade. We are looking forward to the tootsie rolls and the water guns. I just wondered if the parade is limited to businesses, scouts and little league? I wonder if any traditional floats ever ride in the parade...too much work and too hot??
