Julie Boulianne: Inphigenie en Tauride February 18, 2011

Canadian mezzo-soprano Julie Boulianne sings the role of Diane alongside Placido Domingo and Suzan Graham in Inphigenie en Tauride, composer Christoph Willibald von Gluck’s masterful interpretation of Euripedis’ play Iphigeneia in Tauris. Boulianne, winner of the Prix Lyrique Français, has been acclaimed for the agility and expressive power of her dark-hued voice and for her wide repertoire and its special focus on the music of Mozart and Rossini.
