The Commonwealth Club will be hosting an event on November 30th, Our guest speaker will be Best-Selling author Joyce Maynard.
Joyce Maynard will be discussing her new book Internal Combustion, the true account of an award-wining fourth grade teacher who murdered her husband of 30 years and the division created at the trail between the couple’s two sons. Maynard will also be talking about the ethics of reporting on the lives of living individuals and will look at the genre of literary crime writing.

Our event begins with an 11:30am check-in with a program start time at Noon, and a 1pm book signing. Cost for non-members if $15, and $8 for Members.
