JOHN PRINE with Special Guest Jim James

Among the numerous achievements Prine has garnered throughout his extensive musical career, he was named the Artist Of The Year at the 2005 Americana Music Awards, and most recently, took home the Grammy Award this past February for Best Contemporary Folk Album for his latest release, Fair & Square. Opening for Prine will be Jim James, frontman for the popular Louisville, KY rock outfit My Morning Jacket. MMJ have been regulars at the extremely successful Bonnaroo Music Festival for the past five years, and recently opened for Pearl Jam on the first leg of their tour this past Spring.
