If you've been sitting on the sidelines this winter, now is the time to get back in the game! We have local candidates running for office this year in very winnable races, but they need your help with time, talent, or money. Don't be a just a complainer about politics; get in the game, and make a difference.

Officer Elections for the Libertarian Party of Delaware County will be held Tuesday, March 27. Robert Butler has been nominated for Chair, Bill Peoples for Vice Chair, and Linda Comstock for Treasurer. No nominations have been received for Secretary. Please let me know if you would like to serve your fellow Delaware Libertarians in this manner.

John McAlister, Ganhanna City Councilman and Libertarian, will be our guest speaker this month. He will discuss to the topic, "Can Libertarians Make a Difference in Local Office?"

This is a timely topic because we currently have three Libertarians interested in running for local office, 2 city council races, and one school board race. We will be busy helping candidates run this year. And our goal will be to win two out of the three (and it's still early, we may have some more candidates).

We definitely won't win if we don't get in the game, SO WHY ARE YOU WAITING? Come check us out.

In Liberty,
Robert Butler
Chair
LP Delaware

This is our monthly meeting. We open with a guest speaker for the first hour, and then we have our business meeting.

Everyone is welcome. Please call (740) 204-3036 or email [email protected] if you have any questions.
