John Cage: Variations VII February 28, 2008

BALTIC collaborates with AV Festival 08 to restage a unique performance by composer and artist John Cage. Variations VII was originally conceived for 9 Evenings in New York City, 1966. This rarely performed work by one of the most innovative figures of the 20th Century will be recreated by BALTIC and AV Festival using contemporary musicians for one night only on Friday 29 February 2008.
