Joffrey Ballet of Chicago: Cool Vibrations January 16, 2008

Pop music and great choreography are combined in this contemporary program from the Joffrey Ballet. Twyla Tharp's 'Deuce Coupe' features the all-American music of The Beach Boys with live graffiti artists on stage. Donald Byrd's 'New Work' uses Motown music for a world premiere. Finally, 'Sometimes It Snows in April' features the music of Prince.
