Through his dramatic black and white photographs, internationally recognized photographer, Michael Manheim illustrates Butoh, a theatrical dance genre generated in post-war Japan. The exhibit includes a history of Butoh and accompanying video, affording the audience a better appreciation of the photos of this unique dance form.
