Jazz Standards with Bob Balbert and Friends November 19, 2010

Bob Balbert returns to a weekly venue, bringing his dry humor and amazing piano talents to Corky's on Friday nights. Name a song from 1920 to 1955 and Bob not only can play it, but he can wax eloquently in any key and style. Most nights, Bob will be joined by his many friends on vocals, bass, guitar, etc. You can also join in, as Bob brings along a 130-page lyric book for those who don't quite remember the words but remember those great old tunes. Gigi Johnson joins with her humorous and lovely mezzo-soprano vocals when she is in town (about twice a month).
