Jacques-Jean Tiziou: Raising Micropower Radio April 15, 2007

Since 1998, West Philly-based Prometheus Radio Project has worked tirelessly to help communities in the U.S. and worldwide build low-power FM radio stations, in an effort to ultimately build free, diverse and democratic societies. Photographer JJ Tiziou, a White Dog regular, and his camera have been witness to most of it.
