Warm summer nights make main dish salads the perfect meal. This class features three Italian favorites you are sure to love. Panzanella is a traditional Tuscan salad made with baked bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and lots of fresh basil. Grilled fresh Tuna steak is combined with cannelloni beans then dressed with an herbed vinaigrette dressing. Finally Shrimp is blended with asparagus, fennel and garbanzo beans with a lemon herbed dressing.
