Consideration of imperialsm in the contemporary world presented by by University of Utah Professor Tony Anghie. Dr. Anglie earned an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he also served as a MacArthur Scholar at the Harvard Center for International Affairs and a Senior Fellow in the Graduate Program at the law school. In the summer of 1994, he completed an internship with the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.
