Let’s admit it: “Information Architecture” is a highly overused and
misused term. All we know is that most frequently, it refers to “that
thinking, of which we sure wish we did more before starting to
redesign our site”.

In this session, we cover some of the most
important points of planning and development process that lead to
timely deployment of successful Web sites. Rather than re-hashing the Polar Bear Book, we look at the practical applications of the process, optimizations and ways of staying within reality-based resource and time constraints.
