Investigating Where We Live 2011 December 1, 2011

Middle and high school students from the District of Columbia and the Washington metropolitan area use digital cameras and creative writing to explore, document, and interpret the built environment in three Washington, D.C. neighborhoods. Using their images, writing, art, and interviews, participants curate and install an exhibition of their perspectives on the neighborhoods - Bloomingdale, H Street NE, and Mt. Pleasant.
