Introduction to the Enneagram
led by Cal Simone
Jungian writer, speaker, and coach

Saturday, November 18th - 11:00am-2:00pm
New Dharma Meditation Center, in Oakland

The Enneagram is a dynamic energetic system of personality profiles,
arranged on a nine point diagram, that helps you to better
understand yourself and others. The nine types are based on our
motivations and where the focus of our attention goes. As you learn
about the types, you will gain self-awareness, compassion, and
insights to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Drawing
psychology and spirituality together, the Enneagram is an
integration of psychological insight about human differences, set
alongside a non-sectarian body of spiritual practice that relaxes
inner resistance while encouraging inner receptivity.

In this mini-workshop, you will learn:

- A basic understanding of each of the nine types, and what they are
based on

- Methods and benefits of exploring the types and discovering your
type

- How and when you shift to different types

Sliding Scale Fee:: $45-$25.
Space is limited to 15. Advance registration requested:
