Use the backdrop of the V&A and its vast collections as inspiration as you explore the potential of your digital SLR camera during this eight-week course. Combining theory and practice, you'll have opportunities to photograph in the galleries and to study original photographic prints from the V&A's collection. Tutor Justina Burnett will guide you through the basic technical knowledge required for taking pictures and creatively manipulating images. You will learn camera controls and creativity, image composition, capturing light and colour, controlling exposure and digital photo editing. This course is aimed at beginners. Participants must provide their own digital SLR camera.
