Hiring decisions are sometimes made within the first few minutes after meeting a candidate and are difficult to reverse. This program will address all the important elements which include today’s multiple interview-and testing-requirements: what “not” to wear, how to send the right signals, what to expect from the various interview approaches (particularly behavioral), and how to enhance the use of references, portfolios and informational interviews.
