This event uses text & images to highlight different borders: U.S./Mexico, Israel/Palestine; Guantanamo; detentions & prison. Tabling by community groups; food; music, dance, theatre, open mic, spoken word, videos, photography, & the T-Shirt Project by HC students. AFTER 5pm: THAW’s FREEDOM FOLLIES on the theme of walls & borders, with The Living Theatre, Atl Tlachnolli Zapotec dancers, Karen Malpede, Catherine Hanna & Simnia Sayada-Singer (NYU), Aubrey Dillon (HC), list in formation.
