International comedy conference 2009 June 4, 2009

This is the third annual comedy conference from the University's Communication, Cultural & Media Studies Research Centre.

This year's conference features a variety of papers on topics ranging from disability and comedy, French satirical comedy, Mort Sahl, TW3, Italian comedy and censorship under Berlusconi, Victoria Wood, being Rob Brydon, Drunken Comiques and Saturday Night Live.

The keynote speaker is Sharon Lockyer of Brunel University.
