In this day long session you’ll learn how to use PMC slip for a variety of different applications. Plus we’ll explore various methods of using liver of sulfur and different finishing techniques.

In the morning the instructor will guide you through the first step-by-project. How to use a real leaf to make a leaf pendant, plus we’ll explore different types of bails to add to your pendant. Next we’ll explore 6 or more creative ways to use liver of sulfur to create a beautiful patina on your piece.

In the afternoon, we’ll explore different methods of stone setting with metal clay. You’ll learn how make a standard bezel with metal clay and you learn how to make a metal clay tab setting to set large cabochons that can’t be fired. You’ll also incorporate those techniques into a pendant of your own design. Bring your own large cabochon.

The materials fee covers your PMC+ and in-class use of all the necessary tools - everything needed to create your one-of-a-kind jewelry. You’ll leave with completed pieces of silver jewelry designed by YOU, handouts & resources, and the skills necessary to make fine silver jewelry, from start to finish, in your own home.
