TOPIC: “Insomnia”

SPEAKER: Ashley Lau, Pharmacist, London Drugs

Ashley Lau is a pharmacist and has been practicing solely at London Drugs since 2005. She is a certified Anticoagulation pharmacist (dealing with dosing of a blood thinner drug called warfarin), and as a "Patient Care Pharmacist" in which she participates in running health clinics at various London Drugs locations.

DESCRIPTION: One of the clinics that the Patient Care Pharmacists do is the sleep clinic. Some of the other clinics are: nutrition, osteoporosis, and heart health.

She will, talk about insomnia in general and about the sleep clinic and any methods that can improve sleep patterns; bring handouts and information sheets.

TIME: 6:00 - 6:30 pm NETWORKING; 6:30 - 7:30 pm DINNER; 7:30 - 8:30 pm BY SPEAKER, CLOSING THOUGHT AND ADJOURN by 9:00 pm.

COST: $23 Members; $26 Non-members. Annual Dues are payable at the beginning of each year.
