As part of the Design-2-Part Show, the Silicon Valley Chapter of The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) will present an exciting, one-day seminar (May 20th) on "Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Engineers." This conference will explore new resources, materials, and ideas that will help you and your team develop, protect, and manufacture products in a competitive new world. By attending both the D2P show and the SME seminar, you will walk away with plenty of new ideas and put a new tool, ( or two ), into your bag of product design tricks.

There will be many fantastic speakers from Agilent Technologies, SolidWorks, author & book signing on "Can American Manufacturing be Saved?, and many more.

Part 1 - "Product Development - New Resources, Teams & Intellectual Property"
from 8:20 to 11:00 a.m.

TOUR BREAK - from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm, conduct your individual tour at the D2P show for ideas and connections.

Part 2 - "Innovative Materials, Tools & Ideas" from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
