IMPACT Women's Self Defense FREE Information Session October 16, 2008

Austin-based productivity training company RegainYourTime.com is joining forces with Houston’s premiere defensive training company, Professional Defense Solutions International (www.pdtgroup.net), to host a women’s self defense course, called IMPACT, in Austin the weekend of November 21st-23rd. Also scheduled is a free informational session on Thursday, October 16th from 7-8:30pm. Details are available at www.impactselfdefenseaustin.com.

IMPACT is a nationally recognized program recommended by Gavin de Becker, author of The Gift of Fear, and Oprah Winfrey show personal safety expert.

Maura Thomas, President of RegainYourTime.com says she was inspired to bring the class to Austin because she felt passionately that it was something more women should take. “I traveled to Houston two years ago to attend the class, and since completing it, I’ve been working on a way to bring it to the Austin community.
