Illuminations: Little and Big May 10, 2007

'Illuminations: Little and Big' is an exhibition of works by Pittsburgh native, Matt Marino. His current interest is in two forms of photographic imaging - the pinhole and the scan. With two separate groups of photographs, Marino offers new ways of viewing elements found in nature. The first group of black and white photos was created from a homemade box pinhole camera. The next group of images consists of large color digital prints that are reminiscent of old specimen books.
