Iannis Xenakis: Oresteia September 17, 2008

The renowned choreographer Luca Veggetti directs this monumental work incorporating theater, dance, music and projections. This will be the New York premiere of the final version of 'Oresteia', Iannis Xenakis's only opera. Both an architect and composer, Xenakis reimagines Aeschylus's epic tragedy through the lens of Japanese Noh theater.
