IA Cocktail Hour May 24, 2007

The next Canberra Information Architecture Cocktail Hour is on Thursday 23 May 2007.

There are a few discussion topics planned:

- Steve Collins has a preview of some upcoming Knowledge Worker 2.0 presentations that he will outline
- Matthew Hodgson's "Grand Unified Theory of the evolution of information in taxonomic hierarchies" will be presented in a bit more detail
- While he is there, we are hoping to get Matthew Hodgson to update us on his Semantic Analysis project at the Department of Health and Ageing

We follow a meet'n'greet/presentation/chat format, with the emphasis on information exchange at practitioner level. This is a great opportunity to talk with other IAs in Canberra, have a few drinks, and chat about work.

Parking: Please note that Brindabella Park has different parking arrangements than those found in many parts of Canberra. There is free parking for the first hour adjacent to the entrance of 8 Brindabella Circuit. After that you have to move your car or pay for parking (this applies past the end of the meeting).
