This masterclass is designed to bring ‘a back to basics’ feel regarding human behaviour within the airside operations environment. Looking at why personnel don’t do what they are supposed to, insights, how do we as those that make the difference, make it better and more effective? Drawing on the personal experiences from the speaker and delegates; a proactive workshop that will look at the short to medium term future of our industry within the UK, whilst addressing the industry regulatory bodies.
