In the midst of a deep freeze, all of us could use a warm embrace...from a fellow city dweller.

HUG DAY organizers invite the city of Toronto to come out and participate in Hug Day!

Hundreds of kind-hearted strangers will gather in Nathan Phillips Square this Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. as part of Toronto Hug Day 2007. Meet-up north of skating rink!

HUG DAY is all about people getting together for 10 - 15 mins to share in the experience of a HUG and make Toronto a warmer and friendlier place to be.
The hugging phenomenon is sweeping the globe and has arrived in Toronto. Not a day to late as some say that the public hugging trend is in response to a gloomy state of world and social affairs and hugging is a genuine and wonderful way to get re-connected with those around you and yourself!

The incredible HugMan will be in attendance.

Come on it will be fun :) Its free and it is for anyone!
