Rachel Parrinello is the Sales Compensation Practice Director with the Alexander Group's San Francisco office. Mrs. Parrinello has over 10 years of consulting experience with the Alexander Group. Prior to this she worked in several sales and sales management roles. Currently Mrs. Parrinello focuses on incentive compensation plan design, quota programs, and sales reward programs for sales and service organizations across several of the Firm's key industries, including technology, telecommunication, distribution and business to business markets.
