Join this interactive session to see examples of how Cisco brings high engagement to strategy and decision making meetings.

Come hear how Cisco is transforming its core strategic decision-making process to achieve this challenging goal. Developing organization strategies and making aligned decisions is challenging in any meeting modality. Online collaboration technologies provide many advantages, but the vibrancy and power of face-to-face meetings is often lost in many virtual meetings. Cisco IT has developed effective planning methodologies that increase individual engagement and result in more aligned decisions. This presentation will show examples of how effective ideas can be generated, clarified, and turned into agreed priorities in geographically dispersed or face to face meetings of even 60 or more team members. Maintaining engagement in online meetings is a challenge and these methods not only closely parallel the potential of face-to-face meetings, but at times even exceed it.

Best practices for planning methodologies will be shown through examples illustrating how to:

* Quickly build a large solution set for making better choices
* Align participants around clear and commonly understood decisions
* Conduct action planning activities

Bring your laptop to participate in an interactive example.
