Speakers: Jennifer Joaquin's practice at Kenney & Markowitz L.L.P. is focused on employment litigation and counseling. Her trial experience has largely revolved around employment litigation, including cases brought for retaliation, racial and sexual harassment and discrimination, and defamation. In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Joaquin regularly counsels corporations and public entities on employment matters.

Clarice C. Liu is an employment law attorney at Payne & Fears LLP with an extensive experience representing a variety of clients in federal and state courts in areas of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secrets misappropriation, unfair competition, as well as wage and hour class action. Ms. Liu also counsels companies in employment matters.
