Home Ownership 360, a community-sponsored program presented by Qwest for Community a Non-Profit Organization to help home owners in financial distress stay in their homes, will be introduced at a reception at the Tower Theatre, 417 Vernon Street, in Roseville on April 25, 2013. Home Ownership 360 offers vast, instrumental, professional counseling to home owners to find the best solution to their mortgage problems and keep them from the threat of foreclosure.

Home Ownership 360 is an exciting new concept in the real estate industry - a unique program that will help people keep their homes and increase their financial stability. The program provides a professional support team of volunteers who can define the options available to home owners. Services include loan modification assistance, mortgage rate and payment reduction plans, financial portfolio review, and credit analysis. The goal of Home Ownership 360 is to make selling a home the last option for home owners facing foreclosure, not the first.

"We have home mortgage and credit repair specialists, real estate and tax professionals, and financial strategists ready to help home owners make the best educated decision, create an action plan, and stay in their homes," explained Jeff Anderson, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and one of the principals for Home Ownership 360. Anderson will be hosting the reception on April 25 along with Kristin Maples Senior Mortgage Consultant of Prime Lending and Kirk M. West founder of Qwest for Community a Non-Profit Organization.

Home Ownership 360 will also offer home owners other related services, including a property tax review, spending plan analysis, equity building options, and credit rebuild and repair. In addition, the team will support traditional mortgage financing and real estate needs.
