Holiday Magic Parade November 20, 2010

Santa Claus is coming to town - Downtown Royal Oak, that is! The 9th Annual Holiday Magic Parade and 2nd Annual Santa Scamper is scheduled for November 20 on Washington!

The Holiday Magic Parade brings holiday cheer to Downtown and includes more than 50 parade units, comprised of floats from the Parade Company, community groups, marching bands, rock bands, dance troupes, and of course - Santa Claus!

The United States Marine Corps will be collecting new, unwrapped toys along the parade route for donation to the Toys for Tots Foundation - be sure to bring one and help those in need in the local community.

Visits with Santa will immediately follow the parade at Stagecrafters at the Baldwin Theater until 1 p.m.

There is free parking Downtown until 2 pm, so make a day of it and shop and dine in Downtown!
