The second edition of HIT WEEK Brings Another Phenomenal cast of Italian Musicians to LOS ANGELES in October 2010.

On Saturday October 16th, the El Rey will house the exuberant big band sounds of ROY PACI & ARETUSKA, the vibrant trumpet player, singer-songwriter, composer and music arranger of more than 400 songs.

Also on that bill is the LA return of the energetic and unique rock band NEGRITA with their mix of influences from Funk to Blues, with
irresistible guitar riffs, a powerful rhythm section, deep bass grooves and incisive political lyrics.

And just added to the bill is APRES LA CLASSE, the Ska-Punk group that was formed in 1996 in the Italian region of Puglia, and have musical roots firmly planted in the music tradition of Salento.

On Sunday October 17th the El Rey will house the closing night of HITWEEK 2010 with the return engagement of GIOVANNI ALLEVI, the pianist, composer and conductor.
