UNM Continuing Education invites you to climb a 230 foot crack in the Chaco Canyon mesa wall to the mesa top overlooking four great houses. Hike the mesa viewing an ancient stairway and part of the Chacoan road system. Visit Pueblo Alto and get a 360 degree view of the Chacoan world. Trip includes a visit to the gift shop and museum. Bring cameras, binoculars, and wear sturdy shoes. Be sure to register early, as enrollment is limited. The trip will depart from UNM Continuing Education parking lot at 1634 University Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 7:30am and will return at 7:30pm.
