The League City Heritage Foundation The League City Heritage Foundation is an organization founded by the late Marge Jacobson, Marge spent much of her life making the Bay Area a better place to live and her friends are not about to forget all her many hours of hard work for our community. The Friends of Freeman Library named the library's great room after her, her potrait hangs there as gratitude to her life dedicated to others. She was our founder and we continue her work with scholarship programs and the beautification of League City
