HellCar Summit Conference April 1, 2006

A one-day event for cartoonists, animators, video filmmakers, bands, designers, toymakers, photographers and anyone else to meet, learn, network, teach, form new alliances, partnerships and mentoring. The event will be held at King's Barcade 424 S. McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601 919.831.1005 from 10:30 am to 5pm with a movie and bands at 7pm.

This one-day Free conference will be presented as an open-source, or wiki-style, conference. Seminar topics and panel discussions will be determined by the
attendees. Each session will have a discussion leader, but its direction will be charted by the participants. If you have an idea for a seminar, please post it on the HellCar blog.

We are encouraging individuals and groups to trade tips and experience
with others within their respected fields while at the same time
forming potential partnerships with others outside of their creative
field.

HellCar Creative Summit Conference is a perfect opportunity for
artists in any field to learn how to create, market and promote their
work. It will also be a great chance to meet other creative
individuals and work with them in a mutually beneficial partnership.
For example, it will be an opportunity for filmmakers to meet
screenwriters or bands to meet artists for cd/t-shirt designs.

Find out what other creative people in the area are doing and what they want to do at this Free Conference. Please invite others, forward this email, post to blogs, etc. to attend.

Also! Please bring an example of your artwork or work to the conference. We'd like to exhibit it at DesignBox for First Friday Artwalk on Friday, April 7th, 2006.
