Learn the ancient art of using heated stones with massage. Advanced instructors Peggy Welch and Kathy Padecky team up to bring years of expertise to this exciting class. Learn the beneficial effects of heat, how to strategically place stones on the body and how to massage with them for maximum relaxation and therapeutic healing. You will learn a routine that can be adapted to any massage or spa setting. Previous bodywork experience required.

Bring linens, unscented oil, and 8 hand towels.
