Heart of Florida United Way to Host 21st Annual Chef’s Gala May 4, 2013

Recognized as the region's premier food and wine pairing event, the Heart of Florida United Way Chef's Gala features mouth-watering creations from more than 20 of Central Florida's top chefs and establishments, along with thoughtfully paired fine wines, live music and a silent auction. Raising more than $220,000 last year, the Chef’s Gala is historically HFUW’s largest fundraiser for the education, health, finance and safety programs, which serve thousands of Central Floridians in dire need.
