The fifth edition of the Health & Beauty Expo is highlighting the ill-effects of a sedentary lifestyle and underline the importance of diet and fitness among visitors. There will be a special focus on organically grown pulses and cereals. On display will be dietary and food supplements and health foods. A special theme pavilion will be set up for creating awareness about stem cell banking, a revolutionary concept for the health of the mother and child. There will be special pavilions for hair and skin care. Visitors will be pampered with free hair streaking, facials, quick hair cuts and hair dressing. Quick health checks (blood sugar, BP, BMI and bone density) will also be conducted. The expo will offer the best bargain prices on various health products, fitness equipment, cosmetics and beauty services from a host of international, national and regional brands.
